Subject: "Fueling the Economy -- With Hydrogen"
Date: Fri, 15 Feb 2008 22:51:51 +0000

This story centers around a fast-growing Livermore, CA company called National
Vapor Industries.

It will be sent out on the AP wire this coming Sunday, February 24, and originates
with the Mississippi Press on the Gulf coast.

On Feb 3 last year, The Chronicle published a story by your Automotive Editor
Michael Taylor on this company while it was still building its products in the
owner's garage. It has since opened a factory and has marketing representatives
throughout the United States - including Mississippi and Alabama!

Two of its products are Hydrogen Generators for motor vehicles, and the following
is its remarkable story, as it has impacted me. I am a California native, currently
residing in Alabama.

As fuel prices continue to soar, the use of hydrogen, as an alternative fuel in a wide
variety of existing vehicles, can literally revitalize our economy over the next few
years and make the difference between prosperity and bankruptcy for many businesses.

Please give me a call if you have any questions after reviewing the following information.

PS. I also included a photo of me. I retired last year from the Army after 35
years of service. My field was Preventive Medicine & Environmental Science, in
which I hold a Master's degree in Public Health, as well as a Bachelor's from
UCLA in Industrial Design. That background piqued my interest when I was
introduced to the Hydrogen Generator 6 months ago, prompted me to try it,
and led to my joining Provident Technologies to promote and distribute it.

The flyer above was used as an advertising piece at the Daytona 500.
The following photos show a Hydrogen Generator installed in a large RV owned by Col. Palmer.
